Natural Fertility Treatment
Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture has been researched, refined and developed for centuries. It is holistic, treating the whole person, body and mind, not just symptoms.
Back pain affects more than 1.1 million people in the UK with 95% of patients suffering from lower back pain problems. Recent research has shown that acupuncture treatment can be effective in treating back pain.
Research by the University of Regensburg has shown that acupuncture is one of the most effective therapies for back pain. The research published by Archives of Internal Medicine, showed that acupuncture can provide significantly more relief from lower back pain than conventional therapies. The Chinese needle treatment was 74% more likely to lead to a sustained reduction in pain or improved ability to function normally than physiotherapy, medication and advice on exercise.

'I was a newcomer to acupuncture... I found the treatment relaxing and Joshua really put me at ease... I would highly recommend Joshua for anyone considering acupuncture based on his knowledge and approach.'
Joshua is a qualified, highly experienced acupuncturist and a member of the British Acupuncture Council.
At his clinic in Didsbury, Manchester, Joshua practises Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture.
Traditional acupuncture is holistic, specific to each patient's needs and stimulates your body's natural ability to self-heal. Using traditional acupuncture, Joshua can treat illness, alleviate stress and use acupuncture as a preventive medicine to strengthen your immune system and constitution. Acupuncture Treatment is widely used for nervous system dysfunction (stroke, paralysis) and emotional balance, physical problems, stress-related disorders, the effects of mental and emotional conflict and pain relief.
Acupuncture is very relaxing, fine needles are inserted painlessly into a few points over the body. By stimulation of Meridian points in the body tissues close to the surface, a natural and true healing can occur. After the session you will feel calm and often revitalised.
